Vevo doesn't have a way for artists to directly access their Vevo channels at this time, but we're happy to help submit an avatar image, banner image, and channel description to Vevo on your behalf.

If you have your avatar, banner image, and channel description ready, contact our support team to have us update your Vevo channel. Once a channel update request has been submitted, it can take anywhere between 1-5 business days for the images and description to be visible on your Vevo channel. 

Avatar and Banner Image Requirements

Your Vevo avatar image should be a JPG file, and 800x800 pixels.

Your Vevo banner image should also be a JPG file, and 2048x1152 pixels.

Vevo Channel Description Requirements

Here are the requirements for Vevo channel descriptions:

• 1000 characters or less.
• No mention of other services (such as Spotify or Apple).
• No mention of other artists. Examples: "I draw my inspiration from The Beatles and Drake", or "I collaborated with Madonna." Services can view this as keyword flooding and remove your bio or description.
• No information that would date the "About" section. Examples: "My new album drops on July 31st, 2022," or "My latest album came out 2 months ago."
