There are a number of reasons why a video upload may fail, including unsupported codecs or file types, but the most common reason video uploads error out or fail is usually due to a poor internet connection.
We recommend using a wired connection when possible, as video files are typically much larger than audio file uploads, and any packet loss or connection timeout (even if it's just a few seconds) can potentially result in an uploading error. You may also want to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies before uploading.
We also typically see errors on uploads that don't meet the technical file requirements that services require. Any upload that doesn't use a supported video file type, compression codec, or dimensions may result in an error.
For a complete list of supported video file types, codecs and dimensions, check out this article regarding video file specifications.
