Discovery Mode is a new promotional campaign tool by Spotify that is still in beta phase and not available for all artists. In order to be eligible to use Discovery Mode in Spotify for Artists, you must meet the artist and track eligibility criteria outlined here.

Ensure that you have accurately entered your Spotify Artist URI in the form, otherwise Spotify will not be able to process your form submission. To find your Spotify Artist URI, follow the instructions here.
While Spotify cannot guarantee access to Discovery Mode once this form is submitted, they will reach out with more info should you be provided access. Once you are provided access, you will receive an email from Spotify to set up a Discovery Mode campaign in Spotify for Artists.
