If you need to disconnect your DistroKid and Audiomack accounts for any reason, you can do so at any time.
To disconnect your Audiomack account from DistroKid, please do the following:
1. Login to your account and click the 4 squares next to “Bank” to access the Features menu
2. Click “Special Access”, then click “Connect to Audiomack
3. If an Audiomack account is already connected, you will see a link that says “Disconnect” to the right of the artist name.
4. Click the Disconnect link, then confirm that you’d like to disconnect your account by clicking “Disconnect”
You will know your account is disconnected when you see the option to choose that artist name on the dropdown to connect your account.
If you’d like to re-link your Audiomack account, simply choose the artist for which you’d like to connect an account, then click the “Connect” button. You will then be taken to Audiomack to sign in and authorize DistroKid to access your account to link your accounts.
