It's possible to upload and distribute instrumental music through DistroKid as long as you have all rights to reproduce and distribute the music you are uploading.
To indicate a track as instrumental on the upload form, select "This song is instrumental and contains no lyrics" under the "Instrumental?" section.
Please note that you will still need to select a language for the release, even if it contains all instrumental tracks. You can choose whichever language you'd like for this.
