To see the streaming and download stats on your releases, sign into DistroKid and visit your bank. From there, click on the blue button that says "SEE EXCRUCIATING DETAILS". From here you can see a number of columns, but the one that indicates how many times your release has been streamed or downloaded is the "QUANTITY" column.
Depending on the service, this quantity column will indicate either streams or downloads/sales. These are the services that report downloads (all others are streaming):
-
iTunes
-
Beatport
-
Amazon (Purchases on the Amazon Webstore)
-
MediaNet
-
Tidal Downloads
Earnings reports are available monthly-ish, as soon as we get them from streaming services. Stores also report earnings a few months behind. A song sold or streamed in July might not show up until the September reports.
You can download a .tsv file copy of all the information in your excruciating details at any time by clicking the download button on the upper right of the excruciating details page.
