When your tax form is ready, you’ll receive an email from statements@tax1099.com. That email will request your consent for the eDelivery of your 1099 or 1042, and include the steps required to give your consent for the eDelivery.

You can click “Consent Now” in the email to receive a temporary password to begin the process of creating the Zenwork xForce account needed to complete the consent process. The temporary password will be emailed to you, and you can use that to sign in and create a permanent password.  

Steps to Provide eDelivery Consent:

Within the email, you'll find these steps to provide your consent for the eDelivery:

1. Sign up for Zenwork xForce.
2. On the Dashboard, click on the "eDelivery Requests" button.
3. On the Payers page, click on the "Consent Now" button associated with the payer who has requested your consent.
