If someone has locked a track via DistroLock, it needs to be unlocked before anyone can upload it successfully through DistroKid. If you made an upload to DistroKid and it was blocked by DistroLock, the audio will need to be unlocked before your upload can be delivered to services.
If you're the one who locked the track, you can head over to DistroLock at https://distrokid.com/distrolock and unlock it by clicking the green lock icon next to the audio that triggered the block.
If someone else locked the track, you'll need to reach out to them so they can unlock it for you. You can contact the artist who locked the track by clicking the "contact artist" button in the red DistroLock notification box on your album page next to the blocked track.
Once the audio is unlocked, you can reattempt the upload by deleting the original upload and re-uploading the release.
