If you uploaded your music to DistroLock and would like to unlock it to prevent DistroLock from blocking uploads, you can head over to DistroLock at https://distrokid.com/distrolock and unlock audio files by clicking the green lock icon next to the audio entry.
You can unlock files in DistroLock even if your DistroKid account is cancelled – to do so, head to https://distrolock.com and click "Sign in" in the upper-right corner. Then, sign in using the login credentials for your cancelled DistroKid account.
