A Release That Isn't Mine is in My Upcoming Releases in Spotify for Artists, What Can I Do?

If you see a release as "Upcoming" in the Music tab of your Spotify for Artists account, Spotify now offers a way for you to report the incorrect release before it goes live.

Here's how you can report an incorrect release from your "Upcoming" music in Spotify for Artists:

1. Navigate to "Upcoming" within the Music tab in Spotify for Artists via a web browser to view all scheduled releases associated with your artist profile.
2. Click the context menu (...) next to the relevant upcoming release.
3. Select "Report incorrect release." This initiates the Content Relocation Form, with the album URI prefilled.
4. Within the form, you may search for other upcoming releases by album name or URI. The search is scoped to your artist profile.
5. Fill in the required details and submit the report. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the form is successfully submitted.
