If you misrepresent that the content or material is not infringing or make other false representations, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees). Fraudulent or abusive counter-notices or other misuse of DistroKid's services may result in account termination or other legal consequences.
After a valid counter notice is submitted, please be aware that we are obligated to wait 10 business days before reinstating any content or allowing a user to re-upload the affected content. Additionally, please note that services may choose not to reinstate content based on their terms of use, internal policies, or other factors that are outside of DistroKid's control.
