It can take up to a week or so for your first DistroKid upload to go live in all streaming services once submitted. For more information about the time it takes for releases to go live to streaming services, please check out the article here.
Even after your release has gone live, some additional processing time may be necessary before DistroKid can detect it in streaming services. During this time, you can still access your Spotify links prior to release by visiting https://distrokid.com/uri/spotify, and your Apple links by visiting https://distrokid.com/uri/apple.
If you're trying to instantly register your Spotify for Artists profile through DistroKid at https://distrokid.com/spotify and you see a message saying that your release has not yet been detected, please try again later or register your page directly through Spotify.
