There is a known problem with Amazon's website that makes it impossible for them to display some non-latin characters, such as cyrillic. Amazon is working on a fix, and we hope to see a solution soon.
Rest assured that the correct characters are stored in Amazon's database, and the customer will receive the right metadata embedded in their purchased tracks, if their player supports these character sets.
