Sometimes, an order placed from a Direct store can't be completed. When this happens, the order is cancelled and a refund is issued for the order charge.
How Long Does the Refund Take?
Refunds are usually processed within a few hours of placing your order, sometimes sooner. The funds should appear back in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider), and can take anywhere from 1-10 days.
Why Did My Order Get Cancelled?
These are the most common reasons for a Direct order being cancelled:
- An item you ordered was out of stock
- There was a problem with the entered shipping address
- A payment issue occurred on the store's end
In most cases, you can place a new order through the same Direct store if the initial order failed.
