To maintain a high level of security, DistroKid has a 2-step authentication process that will send a six-digit code to the email address on file for your DistroKid account when a login attempt is made from a new device or new IP address. This code must then be entered at the login screen for access.
Please note that 2-step authentication cannot be disabled for DistroKid accounts.
2-Step Authentication Codes Are Not Received
If you are not receiving the 2-step authentication emails, it's likely that they're either going to your email account's spam folder, or being bounced entirely by your email provider. Check in with your email provider to ensure that all emails from distrokid.com are allowed.
If you are unable to access the 2-step authentication codes because you no longer have access to the inbox of the email address on file for the account, please contact our support team for assistance.
