No, a refund for a DistroKid charge cannot be sent to another card on file, or to a different bank. All refunds for DistroKid charges will be sent to the card used to make the charge. If that card is no longer active, the associated bank will determine how to process the refund on their end.
If you have another credit card with the same bank, they may apply the refund to that account or any outstanding balance, which will still show on your statement.
Sometimes, the bank sends a paper check, or the funds may remain unprocessed until you request them manually.
