Unfortunately, if your credit card isn't working, there's not much DistroKid can do to help. Your bank or credit card provider sends the decline code directly to our credit card processor, so we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card provider for more information in the case of a declined card.
When you enter your card details in DistroKid, they go straight to our credit card processor and never reach our database or servers. Therefore, we can't resolve any issues on our end.
If your credit card doesn't work, please try the following:
Update your billing information with a different card at https://distrokid.com/card/list.
Check with your bank to ensure it permits recurring payments and charges from DistroKid.com.
If you contacted your bank to resolve an issue with the card that was declined, you can enter the same card to reattempt the failed charge(s).
